Sick Leave – How do you feel?

As part of her leadership development and improving employee efficiencies work, Suzanne Weinstein, the founder and CEO of In Sync Consulting, is working on a project to learn more about sick leave.  Currently,  she is polling various individuals about sick leave practices.  As part of this, we’d like to ask you to take a quick survey. It only takes a couple minutes and can be accessed at: http://surveymonkey.com/s/ZLZ8YVJ. We need responses by this Friday, May 13.

In addition to taking the survey, would you mind sharing it with your employees, colleagues and other contacts? Suzanne needs a large sampling of responses to validate the information she gains from this survey.  If sharing with your employees, it’s important they know that this is an anonymous survey and Suzanne is not tracking individual responses, names or companies. They should also know that you will not have access to their personal responses or the survey results. Suzanne wants everyone to provide honest, unhindered answers without fear that their boss may see the information.
